When you place an order you will have given me your name, email address, home address and possibly telephone number. I respect your privacy will never share these details with third parties except where I may have to disclose your contact information to product/service suppliers and carriers so that your order can be completed, however they may not pass on this information to others or use it for their own marketing purposes.

To enable me to run this website I use a minimum of tools of carefully chosen tools to collect and securely store any personal information. So you can be sure who holds what data, these are the services that I use:

SQUARESPACE :- My store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Squarespace collects information via newsletter sign-ups, contact forms and online purchases. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

MAIL CHIMP : - I use Mailchimp to generate my Newsletter and updates. I will only send you updates if you subscribe to them. You can unsubscribe a t any time. Mailchimp stores information from sign up forms. They also handle updating your preferences and if you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

STRIPE:- Stripe is the company that processes my customer card payments, providing secure online credit card and debit card payment transactions. When your order is placed on my website, your credit card information is encrypted by Stripe secure online payment processing. I do not receive any of your credit/debit card details as this is handled entirely by Stripe.

COOKIES:- Cookies are small text files put in your browser to monitor how the site is used but they do not contain personal information and cannot tell me who you are.

Like many other e-commerce websites, I may use 'cookies' to store and track information about your usage of the site. Cookies are small pieces of information that are transferred from our site and stored by your browser in a small text file on your computer. They are used when you visit the site to record temporary data relating to your visit, to manage the delivery of web pages to you and any registration and ordering processes, and to help me monitor traffic through the site.
